Asset & Site Equipment Surveys

DMS have been undertaking customer site surveys for nearly 20 years!

As part of our service, our experienced DMS Engineer will visit site to undertake a detailed inventory of the clients specified assets;

Detailed Inventory

The DMS detailed inventory includes but is not limited to:

  • Gear reducers / gearboxes
  • Geared motors
  • Motors (AC, DC, Servo, etc.)
  • Pumps
  • Fans
  • Conveyors
  • Mixers
  • Crushers
  • Screens
  • Centrifuges

DMS will create an asset database, identifying the following, ensuring each asset is photographed and catalogued accordingly.

  • Site
  • Area
  • Asset
  • Component
  • Manufacturer details (references, speeds, powers, etc.).

These databases can then be used to understand the sites spares requirement, equipment obsolescence, rationalization, etc.
